Lexus Relax: 10 year/100,000 mile warranty for your car

Lexus Relax extends your car’s manufacturer warranty for up to 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. This minimises any cost, inconvenience, and stress if your car develops a fault. It ensures peace of mind, too. There is no need to worry about a strange noise in the engine bay, for instance. The warranty corrects such problems. You can simply relax and enjoy the vehicle.

How Lexus Relax works

Lexus Relax is easy to understand. When new, your vehicle has a three year/60,000 mile warranty. This can be extended once the aforementioned initial period is over. To do so, simply have the car serviced via a manufacturer dealer. Once a full or interim service is complete, you get a one year/10,000 mile warranty extension. Every time the car is serviced its warranty is extended on this basis. Continue until it reaches 10 years or 100,000 miles.

Lexus Relax is available whether you bought your vehicle new or used, and irrespective of its model. It is also transferable to another driver if you sell. In other words, you can sell your car – even if it is around 10 years old – with a comprehensive manufacturer warranty. That is a huge benefit. Selling with a warranty can make it easier to find a buyer and increase the price.

Lexus range highlights

Lexus has a vibrant range of vehicles that benefit from its extended warranty. They include the UX which is a compact, beautifully equipped, sports-utility vehicle. High-tech features include the head-up display that projects information onto the windscreen. Sat-nav instructions, for instance. This system minimises the need to take your eyes off the road to look at the dashboard. The vehicle’s stylish looks, practicality, and modest running costs further add to its appeal. Prices start from £30,965.

The Lexus LS is one of the most luxurious saloon cars on the planet. The front and rear seats confirm it. They are leather, heated, electric and have a massage function. You can pick a mode that targets specific body parts. Other luxury features include a hands-free tailgate that opens as you wave your foot under the bumper. Handy if your hands are full. The LS also has countless driver aids such as automatic emergency braking. All from £82,175.

The Lexus LC Convertible is another thrilling prospect. Key features include its electric, four layer, fabric roof that always looks silky smooth. It never wrinkles. The roof also has sound insulation to make life comfortable, opens or closes in just 15 seconds, and can operate while the car is travelling at up to 30mph. This striking lifestyle statement is available from £97,345.
