You can have a provisional car, motorbike and moped licence once you are 15 years and 9 months old. However, you cannot drive a moped until your 16th birthday or a car before your 17th. - be a resident of Great Britain
- meet the minimum eyesight requirements
- not be prevented from driving for any reason (such as health)
- pay by MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Maestro or Delta
- have a valid UK passport or other form of identity
- confirm your National Insurance number (if known)
- reveal where you have lived for the last 3 years
