Unfortunately there’s no option for 0 starts.
They are the worst company I had to deal with.
I bought a car and after only 4 month it broke down. Turned up that I had to change the engine completely.
I’ve contacted them, and their customer service was awful.
After telling him that I would see my lawyer I’ve been threaten that if I would have done it so they wouldn’t have happened with the car repair.
The only thing the owner can do is screaming!
I’ve took the car to them and after 7 months I’ve got it back.
They invoices me for over £3000 without letting me know what kind of works he was doing on my car.
He change the clutch and other pieces without even ask me.
They didn’t cover not even a penny.
If the car was working completely fine, why did I have to pay over £3000 only 4 months after purchase?
Horrible to deal with!
