Bexhill Motors Group - Dorset Road Branch

I saw a car advertised by Bexhill Motors online which I liked. Because I would be travelling a long way (4.5 hours!) I called Bexhill Motors and had detailed telephone conversations about the car. They described it in detail as immaculate. So I paid the deposit and travelled down to Bexhill. When I arrived and inspected the car, the car had serious rust on one of the sills which looked covered up in fresh paint. When touched the rust simply fell onto the ground. I have spoken to other garages and specialist and I know that this would be an MOT failure, yet Bexhill Motors put the car through MOT the day before. My advice would be - if you decide to buy from Bexhill Motors get an RAC inspection and do not expect too much, because and I quote Bexhill Motors told me that in expecting a car without rust my expectations were clearly "higher than those of Bexhill Motors". If you are looking for awful service and a rusty bag of bolts then Bexhill Motors are for you!
