Very friendly and helpful. very happy with my new car

Bought an overpriced van here. Wouldn't deliver unless I paid in full before seeing the vehicle.. now I know why! Had underlying issues from the beginning eventually leading to me having to leave it at the roadside to be towed back to them after driving for 10days when the vehicle started swerving due to at least a failure of the ABS. who knows what else.. they didn't even have the courage to send me the full report they claimed to have had carried out on the vehicle. They don't seem to undersrand the consumer rights act at all and have tried mugging me off at every turn. Billing me for rental of the vehicle without any documentation prior. Billing me for mileage without settling on a price for fair use to cover mileage. Whole experience has been beyond unprofessional. Trying to charge me close to £40 per day Without any breakdown or correspondence. Won't respond to my emails as they know I'm coming for them now. Will be taking these thieves to court to claim the rest. Will be interesting to see what else will crop up when they're under a magnifying glass. See you in court.
