I purchased a 2014 Grey Discovery at the beginning of February 2024 and I’ve been chasing Nick weekly ever since for proof of timing belt documentation that was promised prior to me sending over my money on the day. I’ve called, emailed and text so many times it’s ridiculous and certainly makes me feel he’s not got this information, so the chances are that the timing belt hasn’t been done!!! There is a scribble in one of the books from the previous garage and a date of when it was ‘supposedly’ done but no official garage stamp or proof. If this was done I don’t see the issue of why this wasn’t provided upon my request. I have also looked up the garage that signed the book and I cannot find them on anything nor any contact details. Nick told me at the beginning of April when we had a phone call (a call where he became really rude but yet questioned why I was frustrated at this situation) that he would get this document sent over, did it come, no. Surprise!!!! He’s ignored me since. Don’t let this ‘dealership’ fool you or take more money off you than required. Awful customer service. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere! May I also add, he didn’t send the V5 off for weeks and weeks until my husband had to contact him to remind him to send it off to change ownership. Major red flags from then!!!
