Not many words to describe these cowboys to be honest apart from scammers. Where do I start with the problems I’ve faced dealing with these people and the money lost… VIN number altered on service book with TIP-EX, fake service registered in the book which they apparently carried out with no invoices, invoices of services which only came up once the turbo charger broke, front and rear brake pads and discs needing to be replaced upon driving away (only thing they paid out for but that was a massive fuss and were adamant they didn’t need replacing) and 3 mechanic garages stating they are lying and the car hasn’t been serviced in years. Upon the turbocharger blowing up I had an AA call out mechanic and 2 private mechanic garages look at the car and all say how the car hadn’t been serviced in YEARS leading to sludge build up in the filters which over time starved the turbo. The mechanics who also replaced the brakes a month into buying said the exact same thing but I brushed it off as I trusted Conor. One main factor repeats itself throughout these problems and that’s no matter how many mechanics and dealers I speak to according to Conor they’re all wrong and I’m blame for not looking after my car. Despite no engine warning lights, oil levels showing ok, being under the service threshold for BMW and all these professional opinions Conor is right apparently! To make things better, all of these dodgy dealings with my car I’m getting the car fixed on warranty but they won’t cover all the costs. Although option was given for Conor to fix the car himself or fund the difference in cost which wouldn’t be covered Conor of course refused as he is right. So I wanted to write this review to warn people to not make the mistake I did with their fake customer service when buying a car because trust me, it doesn’t last and you don’t want Conor shouting on the phone at you…Stay away from Conor and his crooked business or like myself find yourself dealing with the most unpleasant business I’ve dealt with… ever.
