Gateway Car Sales Limited

Bought a car months ago and apparently brakes has been fitted other way round, bolts not tightened. MOT is fake and same with Insurance - all just ticked as fine, when clearly car was not fit for driving and was DANGEROUS! So one day brakes completely went on the motorway - could of killed my family and other people on the motorway. RAC technical was in shock and local mechanic had to fit all new brake system. Gateway Car sales saying it's not their fault, however car hasn't been in any other garage after we bought it. Won't respond to emails and complaint, so I'm going further and will claim all expenses back + compensation. Ridicilous company and owner should be in prison! He wouldn't be ignorant if his own daughter would of been in that car!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! SCAMMERS!! Bought a £29k bmw from this lot! MILANS OWN COMPANY CAR (ONE OF THE NIGERIAN OWNERS) THE DAY I RECIEVED IT, I noticed multiple issues. Perished and bald front tyres (though just passed an mot! The charging module does not work! So the car will not charge off the mains! Radiator issues, several electrical issues etc. I got a hold of the owners number and called him, he pretended to be someone else and told me to deal with there complaints department. I've asked to return this car or have it fixed since the day I contacted them! Now, 5 weeks later, I'm receiving threatening and abusive emails from them, absolute refusal to deal with this in any realistic way and they expect me to drive the car from Scotland to Manchester so they can "look" at it! I've had the car inspected and I've offered to take the car to bmw for an official inspection and they are now claiming that I am just "looking fir a quick pay day". They are also calling me a con man and will not collect the car. Now they will not reply to any emails or talk on the phone. They are not registered traders and are not part of any motor authority, so the motor vehicle ombudsman cannot chase them. Avoid this company at all costs as they are absolute scammers!!! This post will be removed if the car is accepted back or fixed, though I doubt that will happen!
