Glasgow Seventy 4 Car Sales

Bought a car from them in February and 3 months later it cut out while driving. Took it to my local garage who found over £1500 worth of issues. They said it doesn't look like its been serviced or MOTd in a long time, despite being sold as just done! The salesmen told my garage they wouldn't be taking anything to do with it or helping me at all, CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 SAYS OTHERWISE. Just because you say you "don't give a warranty" doesn't mean the law doesnt apply to you!
