BUYERS BEWARE!!! If you enjoy dealing with dishonesty and nonexistent customer service, then HighlanderGB is the perfect fit for you. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. After making a payment for deposit, their attitude towards customer care took a complete nosedive. It's abundantly clear that once they have your money, they couldn't care less about you or your concerns. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through email and phone calls, they have consistently ignored me. I am currently pursuing legal action against them, and I'm thankful I didn't go as far as a full vehicle purchase from them. It feels like a lucky escape. To anyone considering doing business with HighlanderGB, please heed this warning. Don't let their glossy photos and promises fool you. Their lack of integrity and disregard for customers are truly shocking. There are many great reputable dealers out there, unfortunately this isn't one of them.
