Liars, please avoid them! They sold me an Audi Q7 which they said was perfect condition on the advert and assured me on the phone that there was nothing wrong with it. Upon returning home, I find out the engine needs to be repaired as there is a coolant leak which they did not disclose. Furthermore, the battery needed to be immediately replaced as my mechanic tested it and it was end of life. There was an undisclosed previous tire puncture repair which I only found out after the purchase when he sent me the receipt of the last service. On top of everything, there was damage to the body work on the roof of the car. When I confronted them regarding all these repairs, they eventually blocked my number. I had to use my warranty for the coolant leak repair which has almost used up the limit on it and was supposed to be used for future repairs - not undisclosed existing issues which were hidden from me. These repairs are costing thousands and I already paid almost 26k for a car which was supposed to be in perfect condition. These people lie to secure a sale and aren’t honest about the cars they sell. Do not trust them.

I bought a car last year with JJs - at the time everything seemed fine at the time of purchase.
After taking it home, cleaning it and personalising it as I want I found issues.
The first being that the passenger side seat panel was stuck on with double sided sticky tape.
Over the last year, I have had issues regarding vehicle power, acceleration etc and it breaking down on the motorway - I called JJs and asked about it and asked James to advise, he assured me it just needed some diesel cleaner and drive it at high revs (which I already done)
I took it to a garage to take a look over and they could not identify and could only suggest without taking a deeper dive that it's possible the DTF clogging up.
After a few more months, I took it for its MOT and it was identified that the turbo and intake hose was leaking and that this was most likely the issue I've been experiencing for the last year.
I called James up and he essentially said that it's my responsibility and that I should have had someone take a deep dive into it - even though this is the dealerships responsibility to identify before they sell the car.
I'd avoid buying from here, or to take a mechanic with you who can somehow identify every possible issue with a car otherwise the same thing may happen to you.
