a total lack of after sales service, no respose, never got back as promised at least 3 times, a total waste of time, would never go to this dealer again, they are just not interested in you after you have purchased a car from them. have gone to lexus head office to report their lack of curtesy towaRDS CSTOMERS

I explained to James I was looking for a comfortable car to drive because I had damaged my neck. I needed to try a couple of vehicles to find the best one for me. After test driving the first James became very pushy. When we asked to test drive a second car he immediately asked if I intend to buy it if I drove it! I A very stressful experience. I am buying a lexus but not from this dealership even though it means buying a considerable distance from home. In this branch i felt like I was in a back Street Honest Fred type showroom. Not Lexus!
