Mercedes Benz of Lakeside

MB Lakeside. Almost impossible to get them to answer the phone. Tried booking car in for a safety recall. Told three times they would call me back to make an appointment. Nothing. No call back. Rang another MB dealer and made the appointment in minutes. I should have known better. Twice in the past I have been there to purchase a new car. Everyone one was 'too busy' to deal with me. Ended up buying other premium brands. My current MB purchased from a different dealership where the service was excellent. I would sooner travel than give these people my custom in the future. You got a one star rating because zero was not an option.
