0 stars if I could I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Park's Ford Garage. In February, I brought my van in because it was emitting excessive smoke. They charged me over £400 for a diagnostic and identified the need to replace two injectors, costing an additional £700. Despite this, they later informed me that the problem persisted and proposed further repairs for another £2000, assuring me that this would resolve the issue. By April, they claimed my van was fully repaired and ready to collect. To ensure everything was in order, I requested an MOT, which they performed, charging me £54.85. However, upon picking up my van on May 3rd, the original problem was still present. Despite multiple calls where they promised to get back to me, I received no follow-up. On May 20th, I returned the van with the same issue it had in February. After three more weeks of diagnostics, they concluded that my van was beyond repair and refused to issue a refund, asserting that their mechanics had done everything correctly. This was not only unprofessional but deeply unsatisfactory, especially given that I paid £3116.32 for absolutely no resolution. To add insult to injury, the MOT clearly wasn’t valid, as the van continued to emit excessive smoke and was issued with the intention of pretending the Van is fixed. This is not just poor service but outright ilegal. Overall, this has been the worst service experience of my life. I feel completely cheated and would strongly advise others to avoid this garage.
