PLEASE DO NOT USE AS SHOCKING SERVICE AND BUNCH OF COWBOYS. So there best way to deal with an issue is ignore it and hope it may go away. They delivered a car with over a thousand pounds worth of issues. Do not allow them to deliver the car to you

I bought a car, unseen as I live miles away, based on the photos and description. After the car was delivered I discovered some issues that wouldn't necessarily have been evident to a dealer. Ozy took every phone call, every message, and offered to pay for the faults to be rectified - which he has done. I can't praise him enough. I believe he sold the car in good faith and when he discovered it wasn't what I expected it to be, he has paid for it to be up to the advertised standard. I am very pleased to recommend his fantastic level of customer service. I would definitely buy from Penny Hill again, secure in the knowledge that the after-care service is exceptional.
