I bought a car costing £20,000 from Rossiters, it had a fault from day one, they failed/refused to repair the car, in court the car was deemed to be NOT of satisfactory quality', and the judge said they had denied me my consumer rights. Shocking for a company that claims such high standards. AVOID!
