RRG Toyota Bolton

Contacted after having flat tyre in inaccessible area. No spare wheel or jack. Had to have car towed home and doorstep tyre service. Cost of ,,£300. I rang Warren at Rrg Bolton, total rudeness, unsympathetic, justrepeatng it's in you contract. Totally unacceptable customer service and care .So accomodating when selling, so utterly disinterested otherwise. Appalling disservice Will never use this dealer again. Disappointing and upsetting. Will be writing to CEO.
