Car Sales New Malden formerly, RT Cars Ltd is the epitome of dishonest and unprofessional business practices. I purchased a car from them, only for it to break down a day after delivery. They assured me the car was in “great condition” and “fully serviced,” but major engine & EGR faults proved otherwise. Despite being legally entitled to reject the car under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, RT Cars Ltd refused to cooperate. I had to take them to court. The direct is extremely; they actively evade responsibility and use deception to protect themselves. Avoid Car Sales/RT Cars Ltd at all costs—dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Don't buy a car from Rt Cars. I bought a Nissan qashqai 2023 model in December 2023 so only a few months old. It had a fault the very first day and after contacting them they told me its not his problem take the car to a Nissan dealer even though I had warranty with them. After months of going in and out of the Nissan main dealership and lots of new parts fitted which didn't cure the faults Rt cars blocked my number and was very rude to me over the phone and refused to fix the car or let me return it. Eventually Nissan discovered the car had been in a rear end accident and had been covered up with the wrong rear bumper wrong parking sensors and wiring harness with a cost of over 5k to fix . I had to issue court proceedings against them which they just laughed and said we're not bothered as you're not the 1st.
