Bought a car from here June 2023. They put a new mot on and got it all sorted thought it was all fine.... We've just put the car through an mot in may 2024 WOW the failure list is longer than my arm. Major faults and the rest... garage who just did the mot said this didn't all happen in 11 months we had the car. There wasn't even advisories for these things when the garage we bought the car from did the mot.. funny that!!!!!! Very dangerous car that now has to be scrapped!!! Should of listened to my gut when I knew it wasn't right . The customer service was absolutely awful. Never known a company operate like it. Not welcoming at all. Apart from the one young girl that does the selling and showing you around. She was polite but the whole thing doesn't feel professional at all. Learn my lesson from this place and will be taking it further if I can.

Absolutely awful place with awful staff and cow boy mechanics. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from these people they knew when I brought the car I had a baby and still sold me a death trap. Took it back to be fixed and they just made it worse.
