I took my car in for a diagnostic check, they fixed a brake light switch as a re-call, but never fitted it properly & almost caused me a catastrophic accident on the M27, a mile after I left them, the brakes completely seized on me. They refused to accept responsibility that it was caused by them saying they never touched the brakes or any mechanical part, I didn't take it back to them because they made me feel like I was making allegations and TBH i lost any faith in them by that stage. It took the MD over 3 weeks to contact me and then he steams in by accusing me of lying. The AA report said the Brake Light Switch was not fitted correctly causing the calipers to seize when they heat up. I had to change calipers thinking they were the problem but it never fixed the problem, till the BLS was fitted properly by the AA. Avoid this garage by all costs, shoddy service, rude MD and extortionate prices. Reading other reviews I find I am not the only one complaining about them.
