Don't bother buying off these lot unless you are happy to be lied to by the tossers that sell you their cars. Waited months after buying a car for them to send missing paperwork and missing parts to me which I never got. This was despite being given bulls**t excuses about why they hadn't sent the stuff from blaming covid, to the paint shop being shut, to losing the parts to having to wait for the so called dealership to send the parts to them. Even blamed having to self isolate for not being able to send them off. The truth was more along the lines of "we don't have the parts and you won't be getting them but we'll just keep spinning you excuse after excuse!" Not only this I had to write to the dvla to get my name taken off the v5 on the car I part exchanged after they never bothered to notify them of the car being 'in trade'. Nothing I hate more than people that deliberately fail to deliver on their promises. NOT HAPPY! Would give zero stars if I could.
