The experience I've had with these is single handedly thee worst I've ever had or even heard of.
I bought a Jaguar XF Prestige Edition by the reg "FY16UWB" I had this vehicle 2 days and noticed a ridiculous amount of BLUE smoke exiting the exhaust. I returned this vehicle ASAP. Here's there best part.. When I requested a refund the manager full blown lied not only to me but also my partner and said I had no choice but to give the dealer THREE attempts to fix the "DPF issue" with the car.. Bare in mind, i said BLUE smoke.. Blue smoke is burnt OIL not DPF carbon, if it were the DPF it would in fact be black smoke.. He continued to sprout complete and utter crap and say that there motor ombudsman passed a regulation not long since stating this. When my partner contacted said Ombudsman.. THIS REGULATION IS NONE EXISTENT, we also got the same reply from trading standards..
It had taken the threat of myself taking vision motors to court to retrieve the refund for them to actually use their head and realise a customer is within their right to request a refund within the first 28 days of purchase especially when said product is essentially broken.
When Greg, the manager informed me that the owner of vision motors had agreed upon a refund he also mentioned it would take "up to 28 DAYS" to receive it via check.. When was the last time you heard of a 28 DAY REFUND PROCESS!!?? It had gotten to the 28th day, STILL NO REFUND.. I had rang several times to get through to Greg. No answer.. I gave it one last attempt and another colleague eventually answered. Mid conversation this colleague actually buttoned the phone on me. I made my way down to the dealership on the 28th day and they had only just posted the check on that day so I was lead to believe.. ABSOLUTE PISS TAKE!!
Just to add to the scam, they have actually relisted this vehicle for sale on their site and it has had a deposit placed on it!! The vehicle was in the same condition when I arrived at the dealer on the 28th day i also saw the car STILL producing BLUE smoke exiting the vehicles exhaust.
Not only are they scammers but absolute and complete utter piss takers.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Vision Motors Direct Ltd. My girlfriend purchased a car from them in good faith on December 2nd last year, expecting it to be a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
We are well within the consumer rights period, which should offer some level of protection and assurance when buying a vehicle. However, despite these protections, we feel completely let down by Vision Motors Direct Ltd.
Last month, we took the car in for a full warranty check, and the results were alarming. The inspection revealed several serious faults with the car. The most concerning issue is that the power steering rack needs replacing and is leaking oil. This is not a minor defect; it's a significant and potentially dangerous fault that should have been addressed before the car was sold. We were also informed that the brake discs were well worn and the coil springs were corroded and need replacement.
It's clear to us that Vision Motors Direct Ltd did not perform adequate checks or maintenance on the vehicle before selling it. This lack of diligence and care is unacceptable, and it has put my girlfriend's safety at risk. We feel that we have been ripped off, having paid over £2200 for a car that was not in the condition we were led to believe. To fix just the power steering, we have been quoted nearly £1250, which is a substantial and unexpected expense.
The situation is made worse by the fact that these issues came to light during a warranty check, highlighting that the car's faults were pre-existing and should have been disclosed or fixed by the dealership prior to sale. Instead, we are now faced with potentially expensive repairs for problems that should have never been our responsibility.
To add insult to injury, when we phoned Vision Motors Direct Ltd last week to discuss these issues, we were met with an incredibly dismissive response. They told us that the car was "sold as seen" and that they bear no responsibility for the faults we discovered. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also blatantly disregards the consumer rights that are supposed to protect buyers from such situations.
Customer service and trustworthiness are critical when purchasing a vehicle, and Vision Motors Direct Ltd has failed miserably on both fronts. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from them to think twice and consider other options. Based on our experience, it appears that they prioritize sales over the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
In conclusion, our experience with Vision Motors Direct Ltd has been extremely disappointing. The company has shown a lack of integrity and responsibility, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. We are now left to deal with the aftermath of their negligence, and it has been a stressful and costly ordeal.
