Nowhere near as good or as trustworthy as they once were. Serious doubts on their integrity. Car serviced and evidence suggests oil filter was not changed and incorrect engine oil used which (potentially) contributed to a more serious and costly breakdown. Had doubts for a while now and will not use EMS again.
