Foray English Ford

I purchased 3 year old Fiesta from Foray Poole. I took our an extra years warranty for piece of mind on the understanding that I could take it to any Foray dealer on the understanding I could get any problems fixed under the warranty (this is how the salesman Matt sold the warranty to me). After a couple of months a knocking noise developed, so at the soonest opportunity I took it to my local ford dealer which was just the other side of town to save the 100 mile round trip back to Poole. We also had the electric mirror looked at, at the same time as that too had developed a fault. On speaking to the local Foray dealer we were told that I did not have a Foray warranty, infact we had been sold a Ramp warranty, and I would have to pay for each item to be looked at if no fault was found, which I did not mind as I knew there were faults, and should be covered. On picking up the car I was told that the steering column needed replacing and also the heated mirror glass need replacing, but much to my amazment these were not covered by the warranty and to put it right they wanted £2200.00 for the steering column plus the cost for the glass for the mirror. I then had to pay £300.00 to get my car back. To make matters worse the service advisor told me that he knew these have been covered under the warranty before by the same company. I messaged Matt the salesman at Foray Poole who sold me the car and warranty and basically he had slopey shoulders and would not help and I could not even get the £300.00 back that I had to pay to get my car back. I would never buy from these people again. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. I should not have had to pay out £2200.00 on a car I only had for 6 months. BUYERS BEWARE.
