AVOID THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE GARAGE! This garage Is terrible. We were recommended this place and thought we would try It out as our car has been broken since last August (2024) We phoned Andy In December (2024) and he said he was free to look and fix the car In January 2025. So we went ahead booked our car In. The garage got a recovery van to pick our car up from home on the 14th of January. From then, we went In every week to get an update as he never answers the phone or gives updates. It got to 10 weeks later and he still hadn't even looked at the car. He only needed to do a 5 minute compression test. At one point he had a rude attitude with us which I think was disgusting and was pretty much the last straw for me. We started to get fed up as he said he was free In January and didn't even bother. Nearly 4 months later he finally did a test and told us the car was broken and needed a new engine. He told us because he had the car for so long he would only charge for recovery. So we asked for It to be recovered home which he said was fine. Another 2 and a half weeks later and we phoned to ask about recovery. He told us to pay £100 to him for recovery there and back and then he'll book It. So we went ahead and did that. (Could of told us that 2 and a half weeks ago) Finally yesterday 10th of April we got the car home. The recovery people asked me to pay which I said we already did and go to the garage to get the money. Turns out Andy at the garage clearly wanted to squeeze more money out of us and didn't pay the recovery people!! Said the £100 was for him for the recovery and to look at the car. Which he said he wouldn't charge us for. So had to pay another £50 to the recovery people, money we definitely do not have! We checked the car when we got home and because he's left It for so long, the car Is even more worse condition then It was when we took It to him. I'm absolutely disgusted with this garage and I wouldn't recommend Andy to anyone!!
