DISAPPOINTED. I have used their services many times. The last time is disappointment. Strongly. They don't fix their mistakes. You will pay them again for bad service and mistakes. This was the last time using the services of an official dealer. It's a waste of time, nerves and money. A smarter solution is to find a reliable, good private garage. And it won't cost that much money. Double or even less. The last time I brought the car in was to fix a problem that they have not fixed yet before. I said I would not pay extra money. When I came to pick up the car at the end of the day, they demanded more than 200 pounds for the inspection. They didn't return my car until I paid extra money. For nothing. If your car is out of warranty, don’t use their services. It is a fraud and a lie. And a waste of money. Remember - an official dealer is worse than a bad garage. I strongly DO NOT recommend it. Especially Mercedes-Benz of Temple Fortune.
